FPAC 21. A Summary

Once again I did coverage for the Festival of Philippine Arts in Culture. These guys are in action for 21 years, so respect to them. Ran into some familiar cats, new cats, angry cats, and just cat cats. It was a swell event. Can't wait til next year when I all in new gear and actually contact artists in advanced to do a set.
